Good to know

Questions, answered.

Booking, services and the studios — and how to look after your nails between visits.

Booking

How do I book an appointment?

Call the studio you'd like to visit — tap "Book an appointment" anywhere on this site to see every studio's number. The studio confirms your time on the call.

How do I reschedule or cancel?

Call the studio you booked with as early as you can so the slot can go to someone else.

Do I pay online?

No. This website never asks for payment. Pricing is discussed with the studio.

Services

Do you use acrylic or regular polish?

Neither. NAILISHQ works with gel only — gel extensions, gel overlays and gel colour.

How long does gel polish last?

Typically about two to three weeks with normal wear.

Do you do manicures and pedicures?

NAILISHQ offers dry manicures and dry pedicures — nail and cuticle care without soaking.

How much does it cost?

It depends on length, finish and art. The studio shares pricing when you enquire, so they can suggest the right option for your nails.

Do you do bridal nails?

Yes. Call the studio with your wedding dates and they'll plan the look with you.

Can you remove gel or extensions done elsewhere?

Yes — gel polish removal and extensions removal are both on the menu. Mention it in your booking notes.

Studios

Where are your studios?

Road No. 4, Banjara Hills; Silpa Gram Craft Village, Gachibowli; and Kokapet (opening 1 November 2026) — all in Hyderabad.

What are your opening hours?

Banjara Hills is open every day, 11 am to 8 pm. Gachibowli is open Tuesday to Sunday, 11 am to 8 pm, and closed on Mondays. Kokapet is open every day, 11 am to 8 pm, from 1 November 2026.

Nail care.

General guidance for gel nails. Your artist can give advice for your own nails at the end of your appointment.

  1. 01

    Before you come

Arrive with clean, bare nails if you can. Wearing gel from elsewhere? Ask for a removal when you book. Save any reference designs on your phone.

  2. 02

    The first 24 hours

Gel is fully cured before you leave, but treat new extensions gently for the first day while you get used to the length.

  3. 03

    Everyday care

Massage in cuticle oil regularly, wear gloves for cleaning and dishes, and don't use your nails as tools to open cans or scrape labels.

  4. 04

    When it's time

Don't peel or pick at gel — it lifts layers of your natural nail with it. Book a removal or a refill instead.

  5. 05

    If something feels wrong

If you notice pain, swelling, redness or irritation around a nail, contact the studio and see a doctor.
